Why Biofeedback?
While many of us are mainly aware of our mental experience with stress, it can also show up as a physical experience. Biofeedback is a tool that allows you to tap into your body's signals, learn to notice the nuances of stress in your own body and manage it effectively. By tracking metrics such as heart rate and heart rate variability, you can see the effects of your practices in real time and watch as your body changes with consistent practice.
